Javi Ribes empezó a cacharrear con sintetizadores hace un par de años, cuando compró su primera caja de ritmos y desde entonces se enamoró de la música electrónica. Lo que más le cautivo fue los sonidos de la ruta del bacalao en la Valencia de los 80’s, de los que, ha bebido desde pequeño, la contundencia del New beat o la elegancia del electro… influencias en las que intenta seguir en su proyecto de Javato. Él siempre ha estado tocando en bandas de punk y diferentes estilos.

Produce todo con sintetizadores analógicos, su música es una mezcla de sonidos sintetizados clásicos provenientes del new beat, electro y el techno europeo de principios de los 90’s.

Su primer directo en junio de 2019, le ha hecho pasar en este formato por muchas salas underground de la península, como la Residencia, Meteoro o el Ocho y Medio por citar algunas.

Javi Ribes started playing with synthesizers a couple of years ago, when he bought his first drum machine and since then he fell in love with electronic music. What captivated him the most was the sounds of the "ruta del bacalao" in the Valencia of the 80s, from which, he has drunk since he was a child, the forcefulness of the New beat or the elegance of the electro... influences in which he tries to follow in his project of Javato. He has always been playing in punk bands and different styles.

He produces everything with analog synthesizers, his music is a mix of classic synthesized sounds from new beat, electro and early 90's european techno.

His first live in June 2019, has made him pass in this format through many underground venues in the peninsula, as the Residencia, Meteoro or the Ocho y Medio to name a few.
